Here are answers to the most frequently asked questions the Board receives. If your specific question is not answered here, please contact us. If the same question is asked of us more than twice, we'll post it on this page.

Do I need to tell anyone if I want to make improvements to my house?

Yes, the Architecture committee must approve most exterior improvements. The covenants contain some restrictions about what you can do to your property. These restrictions exist to maintain harmony and property values in the community. If you are considering an improvement please refer to the Architecture page.

Whom do I contact if I have a complaint about a neighbor?

If the complaint concerns a neighbor who is violating the covenants in some way (not mowing the lawn, for example) please contact us. We will send them a formal letter asking them to comply with the covenants.

If a neighbor or his guests are violating Town of Normal ordinances (parking cars illegally or on unpaved surfaces, creating noise disturbances, drinking alcohol in public, etc) or other laws, contact the Normal Police Department.

Why am I not getting replies to e-mails I send to the Board?

We most likely did reply, but your a junk mail filter or spam blocker may have blocked or sent our replies to a junk mail folder (please check it). Please add the domain @savannahgreen.com to your safe senders list. If that still doesn't work we recommend that you temporarily turn off or relax your junk mail filter or at least closely monitor your junk mail folder until you receive a reply, then update your "safe senders" list accordingly.

How do I obtain service for my Superior Walls basement?

Superior Walls of Central IL, the company that supplied the Superior Walls systems for Savannah Green, is no longer in business. Superior Walls by Precast Concrete Solutions will provide repair service for your Superior Walls, but they will not honor the original fifteen year warranty that the previous company provided. Before they perform any work on a Superior Walls system in Savannah Green, they require you to print and sign this release. If you have any further questions, please contact:
