Clubhouse

Do you need a place to host a large meeting or gathering? The Savannah Green Clubhouse has everything you need to make it a success. The clubhouse can hold up to eighty people and has the following amenities:

  • 80 chairs, 8 rectangular tables and 4 round tables
  • Handicapped-accessible entrance and restrooms
  • Kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, microwave, large drip coffee maker, and sink
  • Popcorn maker with popcorn

Best of all, there's no charge to rent the clubhouse. However, we do require a $100 damage deposit that will be returned to you within thirty days of your rental provided you adhere to the terms of the rental agreement.

To reserve the clubhouse, your association dues must be up-to-date and we must have a signed copy of the rental agreement and your damage deposit within fifteen days of the date that we approve your reservation request. To improve your chance of securing a reservation, please submit your request at least one month in advance.

Reservations are subject to availability of a Board member to open the clubhouse on the day of your event. Please be aware that our Board members are unpaid volunteers with lives, full-time jobs and obligations to their families. They must adjust their schedules to accommodate rentals and require sufficient notice. If no Board members are available to open the Clubhouse on a particular date, we cannot accept a reservation for that date.

Hours and Directions

The clubhouse is located at 1020 Ogelthorpe Ave (the southernmost end) and is available for rental during these hours:

Sunday - Thursday: 10am - 10pm
Friday and Saturday: 10am - 1am

The clubhouse is not available for rental on the following holidays:

  • New Year's Eve
  • New Year's Day
  • Easter Sunday
  • Fourth of July
  • Halloween
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day

Also, the Board hosts its monthly meeting at the clubhouse on the first non-holiday Thursday of each month at 6:30pm. Residents are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Reserve the Clubhouse

  1. Check the reservation calendar for availability. Note that an empty time slot does not guarantee that it's available; the calendar is updated every 24-48 hours.
  2. Fill out the Clubhouse Request Form. The Social committee will contact you about your reservation.
  3. Review and print the Clubhouse Rental Agreement, but do not move on to the last step until you receive an e-mail confirming the acceptance of your reservation.
  4. Sign, date, and mail the agreement and a check for your damage deposit to the address indicated on the rental agreement.
