Committees
The success of our committees depends on the involvement of association members. To volunteer for a committee, please contact the vice president of the committee that you wish to join.
Architecture
The Architecture Committee ensures that additions or improvements to a home or lot comply with the covenants of the subdivision. Before conducting improvements or additions to a house or garage, homeowners must submit a request to this committee for approval.
Communications
The Communications Committee sends out mass communications to association members and maintains the Association's web site. The vice president of this committee also takes the minutes at board meetings.
Finance
The Finance Committee handles all financial matters of the association including the budget, insurance, tax filings, and the collection of annual association member dues.
Operations
The Operations Committee facilitates board-sponsored initiatives and supplements the other committees.
Safety
The Safety Committee handles potential safety hazards throughout the subdivision.
Social
The Social Committee organizes community events, handles requests to reserve the clubhouse and encourages the upkeep of the association grounds.
